We show up together and explore honestly where you are being called to feel yourself more deeply. This work is about getting intimate with yourself so that your experience becomes more authentic and kind.

We meet the deeper felt sense and the stories lodged in these feelings, helping to metabolize and rewrite the narratives you have subconsciously identified with. This work can be tender, confronting, and liberating. It's not always easy, but it is nourishing to feel the downregulation that becomes available when you are able to be more loving with what is.

I am not a conventional therapist. I am a somatic guide, erotic artist, and transformational coach. Therefore, if an area we meet feels outside my range, I will refer you to someone more appropriate.
